Race Schedule for 2014 CBR

Covered Bridge Regatta Update

2013 regatta (15)

2013 Ed Offchiss Trophy Winner

The course is up and running. We saw some great racing last weekend with some of the finest women’s teams in the country: Oregon State, Ohio State, Michigan, Stanford, Duke. The course will be available for practice on Friday – but please pay attention to other boat traffic and regatta personnel who may be working on the course. Traffic on the course on Friday is one-way from (approximately) East to West.

A preliminary schedule (ver 1.1) is available at RegattaCentral (click on link at right) on either the ‘news’ tab or the ‘heatsheet’ tab. Already a few changes have been implemented. If you have scratches, changes or requests, please let us know today (Monday, April 7,2014) at  regatta_entry@oarowing.org. A ‘final’ schedule (ver 2.0) will be posted tomorrow (Tuesday) morning and that is what we will work from at the coxswain’s meeting.

Please review our weather contingency plan. We hope to not use it. Please read it, especially the last paragraph.

We also attach some great information from Lane County Travel. You and your team may enjoy some of the other ‘things to see and do’ around our beautiful county.
