OAR is planning to do a dinner/auction in 2011 and we need volunteers who would be able to help out on the auction committee to plan this event. Hopefully this event will be a combined Masters-Juniors fundraising event for the club. We are currently working to find interested volunteers.
Since I’m not a big meeting fan (ask anyone!), we will do as much as possible via email and phone, but there will be some meetings involved. I’d like to get started on the planning in January with our first meeting. Everyone in the club will need to help out in some regard, but we only need a few folks for the committee to get things organized. So if this is your “thing,” please let me know immediately and we’ll get you on the list.
